Our culture of interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous exchange between all the people involved in the project provide the best conditions for a problem-free production process. Process engineers, technicians and tool specialists lend their support to market managers from the start, providing advice during the development of samples, formulating start-up strategies and ensuring swift progress towards series production.
Our high-end extrusion process also enables us to extrude the most complex plastics – including those which are actually only suitable for injection moulding. In addition, it enables us to produce extremely smooth surfaces and sharp contours with the smallest tolerances of ± 0.05 mm:
precision which would be unthinkable in standard extrusion without reworking. Even internally calibrated hollow profiles can be produced with this degree of precision. And our day-to-day operations also include the extrusion of profiles using a number of plastics (co-extrusion) or which contain additives as well as the production of bico-/trico-filaments.
All this represents technological progress which means that we can offer our customers extrusion profiles which meet the most demanding requirements with regard to material, geometry and functionality.
