In order to enable a profile to fulfil its task within a complex system or component, it is desirable for us to start work before the product is actually developed. Viewing the end product in its entirety early on guarantees that the most important questions will be answered: Is the property profile of the material optimally defined? Are the material and geometry perfectly matched to each other? Could an additional function within the profile improve the system? In the process, we use standardised methods of analysis which quickly produce workable results.

In customer workshops, we combine the competences of our project team with those of the customer’s project team. Materials and material components are tested and tests carried out under real conditions using series identical sample profiles ultimately show whether or not the approach to a problem is the right one or whether it needs to be optimised.

The aim is to achieve the best possible overall result for our customer in terms of material, geometry, function, time and price.
