Adhesive sleeve as a magnet holder

Task:
To develop a solution which allows magnets to be used for the construction of electric motors to be positioned and aligned precisely on a round surface. The challenge: a geometry with extremely intricate bars which can usually only be realised using a metal component.

Solution:
Series-quality samples were produced within just two weeks. The Technoform high-end extrusion process also allows complex geometries to be produced with a reliable reproducible precision of ± 0.05 mm. As a result, precise positioning of the extremely thin bars as well as maintenance of the exact angle are guaranteed. The material used in this case: polyamide.
