Plastic profiles are ideal for use in electronic installations as the combination of insulating plastic connectors and metal inserts fulfil two important aspects: on the one hand, the profiles act as precisely dimensioned connectors for assemblies which are easy to fit while there is a directly integrated power supply with endless tapping options, e.g. for supplying data or power, on the other. Profiles are manufactured in a single operational step which ensures that metal parts are reliably anchored in the plastic connector.
The basis for maximum safety is created by the statutory provisions and industry requirements which we can be relied on to meet at all times. It goes without saying that we work with halogen-free polyamide, we hold yellow card certification and we take account of VDE or ROHS standards, for example. And because we are able to produce any desired profile lengths without restriction, there are no connection problems which can arise with sheet edges. In addition, wall thicknesses can be precisely calibrated to ensure reliable dielectric strengths in ranges from 12 to 220 volts.
