Plenty of Room for Variation in Design and Construction

We can do better than just master classic extrusion with tolerances of ± 0.2 mm. The special extrusion technique developed by Technoform enables us to design products quickly and provide samples within 14 days. Our technique guarantees the manufacture of hollow profiles calibrated on the inside with highest precision and a reliable reproducible accuracy of ± 0.05 mm. With regard to geometry and functionality, the samples correspond exactly to the final product manufactured in series production. This is as much certainty as you can get at the development stage.

Moreover, we continuously work on improving existing products and applications by employing new materials (or material compositions) and by creating distinctive features that can be used to enlarge the operating range in a meaningful way. Thereby we open up a variety of new opportunities creating a great deal of potential.

Apart from extruded profiles for technical applications, we also develop and manufacture monofilaments and multifilaments, i.e. filaments with two or three different layers of plastic. We call them bico-filaments / trico-filaments.
