Technoform Kunststoffprofile GmbH (TKP) was a subsidiary of 
Technoform Caprano + Brunnhofer GmbH & Co. KG
until it became legally independent in 1993. Today, the business is a company within the Technoform Group which has been a supplier of extruded plastics for many years and enjoys a fine reputation all over the world. There are productions plants and distribution offices in many countries proving international presence. Almost 500 employees all over the world work for the Technoform Group. Its turnover was 90 million Euros in 2005.
Apart from TKP, the following corporations are part of the Technoform Group:
- Technoform Extrusion Tooling GmbH (TET), Fuldabrück, Germany
- Technoform Glass Insulation GmbH (TGI), Kassel, Germany
- Technoform Bautec corporations 17 branch offices worldwide.
TET is an internal service provider supplying affiliated Technoform subsidiaries with extrusion tools. TGI produces thermally insulating spacers for insulating glass. The Bautec corporations develop and produce insulating crosspieces and special profiles that enable thermal separation in windows, doors and facades made of aluminum.
