Quality Principles

Our products and services are aimed at generating a lasting and comprehensive advantage for customers, companies and staff.

We do not check our products until the result seems right - we manufacture quality systematically based on each individual's responsibility that includes planning, production, and documentation > controlling by means of individual responsibility.

The way our staff cooperate is the basis for what we call "quality teamwork".

If or when our staff detect a quality defect or error, they are obliged not only to remedy the situation but also to get rid of the problem that caused the defect. If necessary, the processes concerned must be interrupted.

At Technoform the Technoform Total Quality System lends shape to our reasoning and actions. It is considered a unity out of which grow all activities focussed at satisfying the needs of our customers.
